📌 GENERAL STORE CONDUCT

We aim to maintain a peaceful, elevated vibe for everyone who enters our space.

Please note:

• Respect the space — Damage to store property will result in a repair/replacement charge

• No outside food or drinks — To maintain cleanliness

• No smoking, vaping, or illegal substances allowed

• No loitering — Customers must be actively receiving services, shopping, or booked for an appointment

• Children under 12 must be supervised at all times

• Disrespectful or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal

📌 APPOINTMENTS & WALK-INS

We gladly welcome walk-ins when available — but booked appointments will always come first.

Booking Terms:

• Appointments can be booked online or in-store

• Some services require a deposit to hold your slot

• No deposit = No guaranteed slot

Late/Cancellation Policy:

• Late arrivals beyond 10 minutes may need to reschedule

• 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or changes

• No-call/no-show = forfeited deposit

• Deposits are non-refundable but transferable if rescheduled in time

📌 CUSTOM LIPSTICK & PRODUCT POLICY

Every lipstick and gloss is hand-mixed with love — which means customs are final sale.

Custom Lipsticks:

• Once approved, your custom shade cannot be changed

• All custom orders are FINAL SALE

• Please inform us of any allergies before blending begins

• We are not responsible for post-purchase allergic reactions

Retail Products (Lip Glosses, Scrubs, etc.):

• FINAL SALE once opened

• If defective, report within 24 hours for review

• No exchanges or refunds for used/opened products

📌 PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

We Accept:
✅ Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover)
✅ Apple Pay / Google Pay
✅ Cash (in-store)

We Do NOT Accept:
❌ Checks, Money Orders
❌ CashApp, Venmo, or PayPal (in-store)

Refund/Exchange Policy:

• No refunds or exchanges once a product is opened

• Damaged or defective items must be reported within 24 hours

• If approved, a replacement will be issued — not a refund

📌 LIPSTICK-MAKING PARTIES & PRIVATE EVENTS

Our Mix Your Mood Parties are a top-tier experience. Please review our terms before booking:

Booking Terms:

• $100 non-refundable deposit required to secure date

• Full balance due 48 hours before your event

Cancellation:

• Cancel at least 7 days before to transfer your deposit

• Cancellations within 48 hours = deposit forfeited, no reschedule

📌 BEAUTY BOOTH RENTALS

We offer booth rentals for licensed beauty professionals ready to work in a high-traffic, upscale environment.

Available Booths:

👁 Lash/Brow Techs

Details:

• $150/week rental

• Includes: Private vanity, pro lighting, client seating, shared client base
