SHIPPING
We ship softness straight to your doorstep. 💋
Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Custom items like handmade glosses or lipstick kits may take slightly longer.
Shipping Time:
U.S. Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
Rush Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days
International Shipping: 10–20 business days (depending on customs & location)
You’ll receive tracking info via email as soon as your order ships. If you haven’t received it within 3 business days, hit us up at info@anikomercylipbar.com.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of cosmetics and personal services, all sales are final — both in-store and online.
However, your peace matters. So:
Damaged or Wrong Item?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours with a photo at amc@anikomercy.com. We’ll make it right.
Unused/Unopened Items:
In rare cases, unopened and unused products may be eligible for exchange within 72 hours of delivery. You’ll be responsible for return shipping and must provide proof of purchase.
BEAUTY SERVICE CANCELLATIONS
All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to book.
If you need to cancel or reschedule:
At least 24 hours notice: You may transfer your deposit to a new date.
Less than 24 hours notice or No-show: Your deposit is forfeited.
Late arrivals of 10+ minutes may result in shortened services or cancellation at artist’s discretion.
