✨ Do you accept walk-ins, or is it appointment only?
Walk-ins are welcome for shopping, gloss refills, and quick buys. But custom lipstick sessions and all beauty services must be booked online.

🚗 Is parking available?
Yes, there is metered parking on 4th Street and nearby garages.

💄 How does the custom lipstick or gloss experience work?
You’ll sit down with a Lip Bar Specialist to mix your own unique color using pigments, shimmer, and scent options. It’s a full vibe, start to finish.

⏱️ How long does it take?
About 15–30 minutes per gloss or lipstick.

👯 Can I bring someone with me?
Yes! Bring a friend, mom, or sister — it’s even more fun together.

🎉 Do you offer Lipstick-Making Parties?
Yes! Our Mix Your Mood parties start at $350 for 4 people. Includes wine, charcuterie, glam setup, and custom lipstick creation.

🚫 Can I return or exchange a product?
